The Labour Commissioner has requested MD & CEO of Financial institution of Baroda to attend conciliation assembly on 24.06.2024 to resolve the continuing points with Gramin Financial institution staff.
Gramin Financial institution Staff have threatened to go on indefinite strike if their calls for aren’t met. The workers have demanded the financial institution administration to conduct recruitment and fill the vacant posts.
The banks are affected by large employees scarcity and financial institution staff have requested the administration to resolve this challenge.
